Control Panel Sales

The Control Panel Sales role will be to increase control panel sales, maintain existing customer base, source new customers, develop new resellers/partnerships and represent the organization with the utmost proficiency, knowledge, and dependability. This is a key leadership role with enormous potential.
 
Responsibilities & Duties
·         World class customer satisfaction
·         Planning, coordinating and executing all control panel project phases from specification, design & development, drawings, panel layouts, wiring diagrams and successful start-up
·         Ensuring department productivity and profitability including marketing plans, projects, trade show participation and ROI
·         Understanding & driving our business strategy and product objectives
·         Effectively communicating project status, issues and risks to senior management
·         Identifying process inefficiencies and developing solutions that drive change
 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
·         Proactively establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients & vendors
·         Outstanding project planning & project management skills
·         Seamless interface with clients and company team
·         Exceptional organizational & planning ability
·         Ability to meet deadlines
·         Ability to excel within a global team of professionals
 
Education & Experience
·         Bachelor or Masters Degree in Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification
·         Minimum of 3 years of Control Panel experience
·         Minimum of 3 years of Water/Wastewater Industry experience
·         Minimum of 3 years of Automation Solution Experience (PLC, RTU, SCADA, Motor Controls, VFD’s)
·         Strong competency in Electrical Requirements for Automation Solutions
·         Project Management/Commercial Experience
·         Proven leadership and people management skills
·         Proven ability to drive complex projects to a successful conclusion
 

Channel Sales Manager (Central/West)

The Channel Sales Manager role will be to increase sales in the region, maintain existing customer base, source new customers, develop new resellers/partners and represent the organization with the utmost proficiency, knowledge, and dependability.
 
The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for:
·         Developing and driving new opportunities and maintaining existing sales base to exceed sales targets
·         Engaging new and existing customers, integrators, resellers, and industry partners
·         Liaison with and update progress to senior management
·         Provide reporting for weekly sales activity and monthly forecast
·         Stay well informed about current industry trends and be able to talk intelligently about the Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Industries
·         Support new programs and campaigns, designed to develop additional sales
·         Keep up-to-date of competition, competitive issues, and products
·         Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows
·         Travel up to 75%
 
Education & Experience
·         Bachelors Degree, or equivalent professional qualifications
·         3-7 years in similar position or upper management role in large corporation
 

Inside Sales Engineer

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Engineer. The outstanding individual will be part of our exceptional world-class Engineering Team. 
 
 As the primary point of contact for customers in need of technical assistance, you will be responsible for:
·         Providing telephone, on-site and remote technical training
·         Answering questions regarding product installation, operation, maintenance or troubleshooting
·         Providing leadership to others within the customer’s team
·         Effectively communicating project status, issues and risks to engineering services manager
·         Developing training programs and support documents for other departments
·         Identifying improvements in methods, procedures, equipment, workflow, products & services
·         Working closely with management to increase process efficiencies
·         Understanding MultiTrode’s business strategy and product objectives
 
 Education & Experience
·         Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Related Field
 

Support Engineer

The Support Engineer is responsible for providing quality customer service and technical support for the MultiTrode line of products. The right candidate will provide support for technical and non-technical customers from inside and outside the organization. This person will work on programming and technical documentation projects as required. The Support Engineer may be required to be on-call on a rotating basis throughout the year. 
 
Responsibilities
·         Help customers solve technical issues with MultiTrode products
·         Answer questions about the features and capabilities of MultiTrode products
·         Review specifications and determine if our products meet those specifications
·         Communicate customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff
·         Participation in customer training sessions
Skills
·         Strong problem solving skills
·         Ability to be a good listener and solve problems over the telephone or by email
·         Knowledge of Windows and Linux
·         Knowledge of basic networking concepts
 
Education & Experience
·         Computer or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
