Why do we like the Probe? It’s simple, safe, cuts maintenance time and makes life so much easier!

My name is Ed Smith and I’m the foreman for the City of Mason public utilities department. We installed the MultiTrode system last June and have had a very good track record with the system. All the folks at MultiTrode have been a big help when ever we needed some help - they have been there for us day or night. Our call-in rate went down by 40%. This has a lot do with the fact that we no longer have floats to get caught on things in the wet well, like steps and guide rails and the fact that float some times don’t always turn back over. The MultiTrode system has been a big help in the PM of our pump stations.

I had no idea what a probe was, until I had to clean it 11 years later.
