Once you use the set-up wizard, you never forget it. The MultiSmart is self-explanatory and everything is laid out for you. The infield training was great and now all it takes is about 1-2 hours to install and commission a MultiSmart.

The DNP3 comms worked well - no issues there. The throughput was well within what I threw at it.
The use of the Linux kernel made it easy for me to debug without having to change real I/O, but that's an advanced feature probably beyond the average electrician.
Basically I can't fault the Multismart, never locked up or froze. Did what it was supposed to. And looks great.

Flovac needed to find a user-friendly control system for its vacuum pump stations, while still meeting the stringent requirements of major water authorities. Unlike traditional PLC's which require specialist programming, the use of the Multismart Pump Station Manager has meant that operators onsite could be easily trained to alter settings on MultiSmart's intuitive display.

I would extend my congratulations of one on the best I&C improvements to the water and wastewater market that I have seen in the past 10 years!
From an engineer's point of view, the MultiSmart unit has been one the best conceived water and wastewater lift and pumping station controllers on the market today.
After attending the training program in your office, I can attest that the MultiSmart is easy to use, expandable to accomplish practically any sequence of operation that is required and offers reliability/functionality that can not be cost effectively reproduced with a traditional programmable logic controller.
I found the Boca Raton trainers very knowledgeable and well beyond my expectations.

We have tested and installed 6 MultiSmart Pump Station Managers over the past 6 months and I wish to let you know that we have been very pleased with the performance and ease of installation. The field staff have seen the benefits over float controls, and over our next water plan we will be looking to convert all our stations. The specification for sewer stations now incorporates the MultiSmart as standard for pumping station management and control.
For the past 12 years in the UK, with Scottish Water, I installed only the Siemens Enviroranger (LUC 500). This is an excellent and reliable pump controller, however, after testing MultiSmart, we have been pleased to find it is reliable, easier for operators to use and offers additional monitoring capabilities over any other pump controllers I have used.

The City of Tavares has been using the Multismart products for just under a year. I can't imagine how we did it before; we can now monitor and control every station with speed and with the accuracy of information we require. We have also found the flow calculations invaluable for I&I studies during rain events.
Our experience with the product and tech support to date has been excellent. We highly recommend MultiTrode and its products. The City of Tavares have standardized on MultiTrode products and stand by them.

The MultiSmart installation was the easiest thing I ever did! I took the MultiSmart unit out of the box, wired it up, turned it on and it ran. The initial start-up screen came on, asked me four or five questions, and gave me a choice of options depending on how I wanted to use the equipment. All I had to do was select an answer and confirm. It was like taking a multiple choice test in school.
