The older MT2PC/MT3PC and MonitorPro contain the MultiTrode protocol. This is an open protocol, freely available to any organization wishing to interface to MultiTrode field hardware. MultiTrode also has C++ code available to allow quick and reliable driver development.
The MultiTrode's Protocol Translater connects to the MT2PC/MT3PC and MonitorPro providing MODBUS or DNP3. The MultiSmart Family of products run MODBUS and DNP3 natively.
